By using this website or buying a StarLore reading, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or place an order.

Nature of the services
StarLore creates written spiritual readings using tarot, astrology, numerology and similar reflective tools. They are meant for self-reflection and personal insight.
StarLore does not provide medical, mental health, legal or financial advice. If you need support in those areas, please speak with a qualified professional.

Eligibility
StarLore services are for adults. By using the site or purchasing a reading, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or the legal adult age where you live.
If you are younger, please use StarLore only with a parent or guardian’s permission and supervision.

Bookings, payments and delivery
- Payments are processed by third-party providers, such as Stripe.
- Your order is confirmed after payment is successful and you submit the client details form.
- Delivery times, such as 24–48 hours, are estimates. Time zones, order volume and technical issues can sometimes cause small delays.
- Readings are delivered digitally as a PDF or written email to the email address you provide.

Refunds and changes
Because each reading is made for you, refunds are usually not available once work on your reading has started or after the reading has been delivered.
We will still review situations fairly if you were charged by mistake, bought the wrong package and contact us right away, or there is a clear error because the wrong details were used.
Need to update your details? Email us as soon as possible. If we have not started yet, we will try to apply the changes before the reading is prepared.

Your responsibilities
When you use StarLore, you agree to:
- Share accurate details in your client form and emails.
- Use the reading as guidance for reflection, not as absolute fact.
- Get professional support when needed from a doctor, therapist, lawyer, financial advisor or other qualified professional.
- Not present a StarLore reading as a guarantee of outcomes.

Intellectual property
All content on this website, including branding, text and graphics, and the written reading you receive is owned by StarLore Readings or used with permission.
You may download and keep your own reading for personal use. You may not resell your reading, use it as part of your own paid service, or copy large parts of it for commercial projects without written permission.

Prohibited uses
You agree not to use this site or our services to:
- Break any laws or regulations.
- Harass, threaten or abuse anyone.
- Hack, damage or disrupt the website or payment systems.
- Send spam, scams or harmful content using our contact details.

Disclaimers
StarLore readings use symbolic systems like tarot and astrology and are based on interpretation and experience. We aim to be clear and helpful, but we cannot promise that every part will resonate or match future events exactly.
You are responsible for your own choices and actions. Any decisions you make after a reading are yours.

Liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, StarLore Readings and its owner are not liable for indirect or consequential loss or damage arising from your use of the website or services, including decisions you make based on a reading.
Where liability cannot be excluded, it will be limited to the amount you paid for the specific service in question.

StarLore is not responsible for third-party content or practices.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page.
If you keep using the site after changes take effect, that means you accept the updated Terms.
